Managing Director
With over 20 years in telecom and IT, Dev is the Managing Director at Rogers Capital Technology, leading digital innovation and cybersecurity in Africa. Holding a Supelec degree, he spearheaded transformative projects at Orange Mauritius Telecom, reshaping national broadband and IT infrastructure. As former General Manager of Telecom Plus and Teleservices, he drove advancements in internet and advertising sectors.
Since 2018, Dev has been instrumental in driving fintech and digital transformation at Rogers Capital, influencing national ICT strategies and holding esteemed board positions
Shams Varsally
Chief Operating Officer and Finance
Shams Varsally possesses extensive experience and expertise in the realms of finance and operational management. Holding an MBA degree from Surrey European Management School and recognized as a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in England and Wales, Shams has consistently demonstrated his capabilities across various sectors.

Reshma Seewoosurrun

Reshma is a certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems’ Lead implementer and Lead Auditor at Rogers Capital Technology. With 23+ years in customer service, Reshma holds a B.Com (Hons.) from the University of Delhi, India and a Masters in E-Business from the University of Mauritius. She has a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes, optimize customer interactions and drive business growth. Her commitment to excellence and passion for delivering unparalleled customer experiences has earned her recognition as a dynamic leader in the field. Reshma’s ability to foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders has been instrumental in fostering a customer-centric culture within organisations.
Shailesh Mungur
Head of Cyber Security Advisory
Shailesh Mungur brings over 15 years of experience across Information Technology, project management and cybersecurity, with strong expertise in cybersecurity auditing, digital forensics and ethical hacking. Throughout his career, he has supported more than 50 organisations in identifying, assessing and mitigating cyber risks through comprehensive audits and technical security assessments.
With a proven track record of delivering over 100 cybersecurity projects, Shailesh has extensive experience across managed security services, cybersecurity consultancy and security solutions implementation. His approach combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of organisational risk, helping businesses strengthen their security posture and navigate an increasingly complex threat landscape.
Shailesh holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Sunderland, UK, and an MSc in Electronic Security and Digital Forensics from Middlesex University, London. His professional credentials include Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and ITIL Service Management, complemented by multiple technology vendor certifications.

Throughout her career, she has held key leadership roles with global technology leaders, including Dell and Microsoft, where she gained extensive experience in delivering complex enterprise solutions and supporting organisations through large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
She has successfully led large-scale transformation programmes, designed scalable operating models, and driven sustainable growth across multi-country organisations. Her expertise encompasses enterprise infrastructure, cloud transformation, governance, operational excellence, and executive stakeholder engagement, allowing her to bridge business objectives with technology-driven outcomes.
